考试分为笔试和面试,考试总成绩按满分100分计算,笔试占60%、面试占40%。
(一)笔试
1.笔试科目:《行政职业能力测验》和《申论》,每科卷面满分100分。
2.笔试时间和地点:笔试时间暂定为2023年2月25日(星期六),各科具体笔试时间及地点详见本人准考证。
报考人员应按照准考证上确定的时间和地点参加考试。参加考试时,必须同时携带本人准考证和有效居民身份证,两证不齐者不得参加考试。过期身份证和身份证复印件不得作为参加考试证件。
3.笔试加分:
(1)“5·12汶川地震”抗震救灾中表现突出的人员,在报考我市公务员时,受到省委、省政府和国家部委及以上表彰的,笔试成绩折合后加1.5分,受到市(州)、县(市、区)党委、政府和省级机关、市(州)机关表彰的,笔试成绩折合后加1分。
(2)在“4·20芦山地震”抗震救灾中受到中共四川省委、四川省人民政府《关于表彰四川省“4·20”芦山强烈地震抗震救灾先进集体和先进个人的决定》(川委〔2013〕255号)表彰的,报考我市公务员时,笔试成绩折合后加1.5分。
同时符合抗震救灾表彰加分规定的,不累加,按最高加分规定加分。
符合上述加分条件的报考人员,应于2月28日前(工作日)将准考证复印件及立功受奖证书、表彰文件等相关证明材料原件、复印件和本人联系电话送交市委组织部公务员二科(地址:宜宾市翠屏区都长街82号中共宜宾市委组织部二号楼208室)。未在规定时间内提交证明材料的,视为放弃加分资格,不予加分。
4.成绩查询:笔试各科成绩于2023年3月下旬在四川省人力资源和社会保障厅官网(http://rst.sc.gov.cn/)“人事考试”专栏上公布。对因缺考、违纪、零分等特殊情况有疑问的,应于成绩公布之日起2日内登陆报名网站提交核查申请,核查结果于申请结束后2个工作日内在该网站公布。
笔试成绩计算方法:
笔试成绩=《行政职业能力测验》成绩×30%+《申论》成绩×30%+笔试加分
